Dyzlo Film is the independent film production company of twin brothers Lazlo and Dylan Tonk (1982). We thrive in producing films that focus on culture, knowledge and society. We specialise in video testimonials and event coverage of festivals, presentations and seminars.
We are experienced in educational films for universities, NGO’s and e-learning platforms. Portfolio highlights of recent years include films concerning digital assessment, gay marriage, cost effective health care and organ transplantation. Our films educate, inform and entertain people in a smart and creative way.
Our background in film studies and creative development enables us to act as a strong partner in content creation and in transforming ideas into film. The strength of a message lies in the way it is presented. We challenge ourselves to produce films that are solid in form as well as in content.
In addition to producing commissioned films, we create independent productions. So far, this resulted in the award winning documentary “Jan Mesdag sings Brel” (2008) and the short dance film “Explore” (2010), which was selected for several European film festivals.
Our ambition is to make cross-cultural and interdisciplinary films that go beyond boundaries, by connecting film to other media and art forms such as music, games, dance and fashion. We are committed to produce films that make a difference.
